Use the following statement when you are certain there is no regulated materials/wastes:

The project will not require handling/disposal of regulated materials/wastes.

Use the following statement any time a project has a building removal or relocation and in most cases of bridge removal or rehabilitation:

Regulated materials/wastes will be managed on this project in accordance with MnDOT special provisions.
