Water Resources and Wetlands Unit

Goal

The goal of the staff working in the topic area of wetlands and aquatic resources is to ensure that MnDOT projects receive all applicable Aquatic Resource permits prior to construction and that all regulatory compliance requirements are satisfied throughout project design and construction. Because the wetland topic is closely aligned with the topic of aquatic resources (including rivers, streams, lake and floodplains), staff members working with these issues are listed as contacts.
