Goal
The goal of this unit is to prepare and review accurate legal descriptions for acquisition documents, turnbacks, and conveyances.
Products the unit provides
- Commissioner’s Orders for all land MnDOT acquires or releases
- Legal descriptions of land for acquisition, turnback, conveyance, or other acquisition documents
- Provide the certified copies of Commissioner’s Orders as required for condemnation and other legal purposes
