Performance Evaluation Application
The Performance Evaluation Application allows users (internal and external) to electronically submit a performance evaluation on a Professional/Technical (P/T) contract. For P/T contracts greater than $25,000, MnDOT is required, by State Statute, to complete and submit a performance evaluation on the Consultant that is providing P/T services. Consultants also have the opportunity to evaluate MnDOT's performance under P/T contracts through this application.
