Level of service for people walking or biking. Does the improvement provide safe, efficient crossing options for people traveling along the corridor while walking, rolling, or biking?

All of these elements meet the purpose and need of the project and will move forward for consideration with the development of project alternatives.

Transit elements moving forward

Does the concept result in new riders in the 2040 transit system?
