Road Design Manual
The RDM establishes uniform design practices statewide and provides enough flexibility to encourage independent, cost-effective, aesthetically pleasing, and environmentally sensitive design. Content includes design guidelines and standards for geometric features, section elements, special structures, safety features, and erosion control.
Transmittal Letters identify any changes that have been made each time any portion of the RDM is re-published. Check back frequently to make sure that you have the most current version. See Transmittal Letters Index for list of updates.
