Railroad Crossing Elimination Program
Overview
The purpose of the Railroad Crossing Eliminate (RCE) safety program is to fund highway-rail or pathway-rail grade crossing improvement projects, including but not limited to grade crossing elimination projects, that focus on improving the safety and mobility of people and goods.
