Expect Short Delays on Highway 19 west of Franklin Oct. 12-16
WILLMAR, Minn. – Highway 19 will experience intermittent closures of about five minutes as Xcel Energy works on utilities. The work will take place about two miles west of Franklin.
The short-term closures are scheduled to begin Monday, Oct. 12 and continue through Friday, Oct. 16, weather permitting. Motorists should plan for brief delays and use caution when traveling through the work zone.
