Highway 14 resurfacing from Stockton to Winona completed
WINONA, Minn. – Resurfacing of Highway 14 from Stockton to Winona is completed, according to the Minnesota Department of Transportation.
Highway 14 was resurfaced from Rollin Sunset Drive/Wacholz Drive near Stockton to 0.1 miles west of Gillmore Valley Road/County Road 21 near Winona. Minor work and cleanup will still be occurring for several days, but the road is fully open to traffic.
