I-35 northbound onramp from Highway 45 in Scanlon closed on Sept. 15
DULUTH, Minn. – The Minnesota Department of Transportation will be closing the I-35 northbound onramp from Highway 45 in Scanlon the morning of Tuesday, Sept. 15 for paving work. A detour route will be posted. Work is currently expected to last one day. If additional work is needed or weather delays occur, the ramp will close again on Wednesday, Sept. 16.
