Overnight lane closures, delays June 15 on eastbound I-94 near Red River Bridge in Fargo-Moorhead
DETROIT LAKES, Minn.— On Monday, June 15, weather permitting, between 9 p.m. and 5 a.m., eastbound Interstate 94 in Fargo-Moorhead will be reduced to one lane near the Red River Bridge, according to the Minnesota Department of Transportation. Traffic may be stopped for a period of up to 30 minutes between 1 a.m. and 3 a.m., as crews work over the interstate. Motorists should expect delays or consider alternate routes.
Crews will be installing the new overhead message board on the North Dakota side of the river as part of MnDOT’s communication upgrade project.
All construction activities and traffic impacts are weather dependent and subject to change at any time. The work is taking place overnight to minimize traffic impacts in the Fargo-Moorhead area. MnDOT and the North Dakota Department of Transportation want to remind motorists to slow down and use caution throughout every work zone.
