I-35 northbound onramp at Lake Avenue closure postponed to Sept. 25

DULUTH, Minn. – The Minnesota Department of Transportation has postponed the northbound I-35 onramp at Lake Avenue closure to Monday, Sept. 25 for drainage structure repair work. Traffic will be detoured on Railroad Street to the 5th Avenue West onramp. Work requiring a detour is expected to last one day.

Drainage structure repair work on both northbound and southbound I-35 will continue through Oct. 22. Motorists should expect daytime shoulder and lane closures where work is occurring.
