All lanes open, project complete
Resurfaced and updated 19 miles of Hwy 238 from north of Morrison Co. Rd. 19 in Upsala to Hwy 27 west of Little Falls, Morrison County. MnDOT thanks the public for their patience as we improved the roadway.

- Pave 19 miles of asphalt road surface
- Realign to a T intersection, installed a flashing stop sign, and added a turn lane at Co. Rd 228 in north Upsala
- Northbound Hwy 238 must stop at the T intersection
- Replace or repair 14 underground drainage structures
