Context Sensitive Solutions: MnDOT, FHWA and the U of M Center for Transportation Studies are working together to expand the understanding and use of Context Sensitive Solutions philosophy and principles in transportation services throughout Minnesota. Equipment Operator Orientation: Prior to operating a piece of equipment, employees need orientation training which introduces them to the basic concepts and procedures involved in equipment operation. This eLearning course was created to introduce equipment operators to the basic concepts and procedures involved in MnDOT equipment operation.
