Manning Avenue ramp closures in Washington County begin June 1

ROSEVILLE, Minn. – Motorists will encounter additional ramp closures on Interstate 94 in Woodbury on Thursday, June 1 as part of the I-94 Oakdale to St. Croix construction project, according to the Minnesota Department of Transportation.

Beginning at 5 a.m. Thursday, June 1, the following I-94 ramps will be closed and detoured through June 21 for pavement resurfacing:

Westbound I-94 to Manning Avenue

Detour: Keats Avenue N., eastbound I-94 and Manning Avenue

Manning Avenue to westbound I-94

Detour: Hudson Road S., Woodbury Drive and westbound I-94

All construction activities and traffic impacts are weather dependent and subject to change. MnDOT urges motorists to always be attentive, drive with caution and slow down in work zones where workers are present.

MnDOT will be resurfacing the pavement and making other improvements to I-94 between Highway 120/Century Avenue and the St. Croix River through fall 2024. The work will improve safety, traffic flow and ride smoothness. For more information, visit the project webpage.
