Hwy 23 South Gap groundbreaking celebration

WHAT
The media are invited to attend a celebratory program and ceremonial groundbreaking for the four-lane expansion project on Highway 23 from New London to Paynesville, known as the South Gap. Construction on the South Gap begins spring 2023 and concludes in the fall of 2024.
When the North Gap (construction: 2022-2023 from Paynesville to Richmond) and South Gap sections are both complete, Highway 23 travelers will be able to experience continuous four-lane travel from Willmar to Foley.
