Expect traffic impacts today for repairs to Hwy 99 railroad crossing at St. Peter
MANKATO, Minn. – Motorists traveling on Hwy 99 east of the Minnesota River bridge at St. Peter should be alert for lane restrictions this afternoon as crews make repairs on the railroad crossing.
Traffic will be controlled with flaggers. Motorists should expect delays, drive with caution, and watch for workers, equipment, and traffic control devices. Crews are expected to complete the repairs by end of day today, Oct. 20.
Union Pacific Railroad will be replacing a panel, as well as reinforcing additional panels at the crossing with Hwy 99.
