Southbound Lake Avenue exit in Duluth closed Oct. 11
Duluth, Minn. – The southbound Lake Avenue/5th Avenue West exit ramp off I-35 in Duluth will be closed Tuesday, Oct. 11, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. for electrical work in the tunnel. Use London Road to access downtown.
