I-35 ramp at Carlton County Road 6/Barnum reopens
DULUTH, Minn. – The northbound I-35 ramp at Carlton County Road 6/Barnum exit will reopen today, Sept. 30. Motorists should expect continued intermittent lane closures at work areas through October.
