Northbound I-535/Blatnik Bridge closure Wednesday, Sept. 28

Duluth, Minn. – Motorists will encounter a closure at the northbound I-535/Blatnik Bridge between 2 a.m. and 3 a.m. Wednesday, Sept. 28. Northbound lanes will close as crews work to remove an overhead sign near the off ramp to Garfield Avenue.

The closure will be made in Superior utilizing the gates.
Dynamic messaging signs will be in place at Hammond, Frasier, and Barkers Island to inform drivers of the closure.
Motorists are asked to use the Highway 2/Bong Bridge.
