MANKATO, Minn. – Motorists are advised that the eastbound and westbound lane restrictions on I-90 between Sherburn and Fairmont were removed on August 3, according to the Minnesota Department of Transportation.

Construction on the 15 miles of I-90 began on May 9 and included resurfacing traffic lanes, shoulders, and ramps. The project also included updating guardrail, improving drainage, and updating lighting at the Hwy 4 and Hwy 15 interchanges.
Ulland Brothers, Inc. was awarded the project with a bid of $5,652,485.68.
