Motorists can use westbound hwy 62 and northbound I-35W as a detour.
Motorists should also plan for intermittent, short-term intersection closures along Hiawatha Avenue between 46th Street and 32nd Street through Sunday, Aug. 7. Cross-traffic and motorists on southbound Hiawatha Avenue should expect significant delays and use alternate routes.
All construction activities and traffic impacts are weather and schedule permitting and subject to change. MnDOT urges motorists to always be attentive, to drive with caution and to slow down in work zones where workers are present.
