DETROIT LAKES, Minn. – The Minnesota Department of Transportation invites the public to attend an open house on Thursday, May 12, from 3:30 to 6:30 p.m., to discuss upcoming construction on Highway 87 in the City of Frazee. The open house will be held at the Frazee Event Center, 114 Lake Street N.
Residents, business owners, and area visitors and commuters are encouraged to attend. There will be no formal presentation. Please stop in whenever it is convenient.
Starting May 31, MnDOT will reconstruct Highway 87 from Highway 10 to North River Drive in the City of Frazee. The “complete streets” project includes resurfacing and reconstructing Highway 87, replacing city utilities, and improving pedestrian and bicycle access and accommodations.
