MnDOT Seeks input on Hwy 77/Cedar Avenue Study between Richfield and Apple Valley
ROSEVILLE, Minn. – Residents, business owners and anyone with an interest in Highway 77 between Richfield and Apple Valley can provide input on the corridor by completing an online survey through Sept. 16.
The Minnesota Department of Transportation is studying the area along Highway 77 between Interstate 494 in Richfield and 138th Street in Apple Valley. The study addresses mobility, safety and traffic flow. The study team is presenting the draft purpose, needs and possible solutions. Those interested in participating in the study can confirm and comment on these topics. To access the survey visit: mndot.gov/metro/projects/hwy77applevalley-richfield.
Public input will feed the evaluation process in determining what projects are possible. The study team will create a plan on how and when to implement the chosen projects. It is anticipated that some improvements can be wrapped into a pavement project tentatively scheduled for 2026.
MnDOT invites and encourages participation by all.
