Crews installed 5.5 miles of high-tension cable median barrier and guardrail between Co. Rd. 81/Bottineau Blvd. in Brooklyn Park and West River Rd./Dean Ave. in Champlin. The new barrier will help prevent often-fatal cross median crashes.
