Hwy 95 construction open house set for March 2 in Woodbury

ROSEVILLE, Minn. – The public is invited to an open house to learn more about safety improvement construction planned on Highway 95 between Bailey Road/40th Street/County Rd 18 and 70th Street/County Road 22 in Washington County.

The open house is scheduled for 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. Thursday, March 2, in the second floor community room at the Jerry’s Foods, 7760 Hargis Parkway in Woodbury.

The construction is anticipated to begin spring 2018 on a three-mile portion of Highway 95 in the cities of Afton, Cottage Grove, Denmark Township and Woodbury. The project work includes widening highway shoulders, installing centerline and shoulder mumble strips, constructing right turn lanes at specific intersections, road resurfacing and updating drainage system.
