Open house for Highway 23 North Gap project scheduled for October 3
WILLMAR, Minn. — The public is invited to an open house for the Highway 23 North Gap project on Thursday, October 3rd from 5:30 to 7:00 p.m. at the St. Peter and Paul School Gymnasium (111 Central Avenue North) in Richmond. A presentation will begin at 5:30 p.m. Project staff from MnDOT and the consultant team will be available to answer questions.
The Highway 23 North Gap project is a two-lane to four-lane expansion of Highway 23 from Paynesville to Richmond. Construction is scheduled to begin spring of 2022 and will take two years to construct. Due to the extensive nature of the project a detour will be necessary.
Individuals not able to make the open house are encouraged to visit the website site to learn more about the project.
