Hwy 23 resurfacing project from Willmar to Clara City starts May 8
WILLMAR, Minn. — The Highway 23 resurfacing project from Willmar to Clara City will start Monday, May 8. This project will be done under traffic. Motorists should expect short delays during daylight hours. Construction is expected to be finished, weather permitting, by June 11.
