Hwy 4 resurfacing project starts Monday, April 24
WILLMAR, Minn. –Highway 4 from 220th Street to south of the railroad tracks in Grove City will be resurfaced starting Monday, April 24. The project will be done under traffic by closing one lane at a time and directing traffic through the work zone using a flagger and pilot car. Motorists should expect short delays. Project is anticipated to be complete by May 30.
Knife River is the contractor on the project.
The total project cost is $1.6 million.

MnDOT asks motorists to slow down and pay attention while driving through work zones. Motorists who speed through a work zone or who disobey work zone flaggers face a $300 fine.
