Traffic delays expected Nov. 27 for Highway 61 & Spring Creek Road Improvements Project
RED WING, Minn. — Motorists on the west end of Red Wing will experience brief traffic delays near Highway 61 and Spring Creek Road during the morning on Tuesday, Nov. 27, as crews place new signal mast arms over the highway, according to the Minnesota Department of Transportation and the city of Red Wing.
The work will occur from 9 a.m. to noon on Tuesday, Nov. 27. During the work, police officers will briefly stop traffic along each direction of Highway 61, one direction at a time, while the mast arms are raised into place. Delays are expected, but should not exceed 15 minutes.
