DETROIT LAKES, Minn. — (9:50 a.m.) Motorists traveling eastbound on Interstate 94 near Downer will encounter a road closure due to a crash.
Traffic is being detoured to County Road 10 and Highway 9. The road will reopen once the crash has been cleared.
