Traffic signal installation in Lake Park scheduled to begin September 4

DETROIT LAKES, Minn. – Motorists on Highway 10 in Lake Park will encounter intermittent lane and shoulder closures beginning Tuesday, September 4, as crews install a traffic signal at the intersection of Highway 10 and County Road 7.

In addition to installing the signal system, crews will also complete ADA and pedestrian accessibility improvements. Upon completion, motorists and pedestrians will experience a safer intersection.

Crews from Central Specialties will be on site for approximately one month to complete the $1 million project.
