Hwy 108 utility work begins east of Pelican Rapids
DETROIT LAKES, Minn. — Motorists on Highway 108 east of Pelican Rapids should use extra caution while utility crews complete work along the shoulder of the road.
The work began last week and is expected to run through early December, weather permitting.
Because of the narrow width of the shoulders, lane closures may be required during certain phases of the project, with flaggers directing traffic through the work zone.
