All lanes and sidewalks along Highway 24 will be reopened by June 27 for the Fourth of July holiday week. For additional traffic details, visit mndot.gov/d3/projects/annandale.

When complete in November the $4.9 million project will:

  • Replace curb, gutters and storm sewer
  • Replace underground city utilities, includes water main and sanitary sewer
  • Improve pedestrian access, includes wider sidewalks and approaches.

MnDOT is working to be as flexible as possible with scheduling during this period of lower traffic volumes to keep projects moving forward in a timely manner. Following guidance from state health officials and to prevent further spread of COVID-19, crews will maintain social distancing practices while working.
