Traffic signal maintenance to occur at Hwy 2/220 in East Grand Forks Sept. 28
BEMIDJI, Minn. – Motorists at the intersection of Highway 2 and Highway 220 in East Grand Forks will experience lane closures and delays on Sept. 28 as crews replace signs on the overhead traffic signals.
The intersection will remain open to traffic, but motorists are encouraged to seek alternate routes. All lights at the intersection will flash red and cars should treat it as a four-way stop.
The work is expected to wrap up in the early afternoon. The project is separate from the Highway 2 Kennedy Bridge detour.
