Hwy 243 Osceola Bridge

  • The Hwy 243 bridge at Osceola is now closed through Sept. 28
    • Detour: While the bridge is closed, the detour will lead traffic north to cross at Taylors Falls
    • Note: Access to the Osceola Landing will be maintained from the Minnesota side of the bridge throughout construction

86th St. bridge over I-35W in Bloomington

  • Beginning 4 a.m. to 8 a.m. Mon, Sept. 18 and again Tue, Sept. 19, SB I-35W between 82nd St. and 90th St. will be reduced to two lanes
  • Beginning 7 p.m. Mon, Sept. 18, NB I-35W between 82nd St. and 90th St. will be reduced to two lanes until 5 a.m. Tue, Sept. 19

  • The ramp from NB I-35W to Co Rd I is closed through late September
    • Detour: Co Rd 10/Mounds View Blvd. to Co Rd I
  • The loop from Co Rd I to NB I-35W is closed permanently
    • Detour: Rice Creek Pkwy to Co Rd J/85th Ave. NE to Airport Road to EB Hwy 10 to NB I-35W

Hwy 36 Stillwater Lift Bridge

  • The Hwy 36 Stillwater lift bridge over the St. Croix River between Stillwater, MN and Houlton, WI is closed to ALL traffic. It will reopen for pedestrian and bicycle traffic in June of 2019.
    • Traffic has been transferred to the new St. Croix Crossing bridge to the south in Oak Park Heights

  • Access to SB Hwy 52 from the Co Rd. 66 “J” turn is closed through Nov. 3
    • Detour: NB Hwy 52, Co Rd. 46 to SB Hwy 52
  • Hwy 52 will have lane closures in both directions south of Coates between 170th St. and Co Rd 86/280th St. through Nov. 3

Hwy 169 Edina to Golden Valley

  • Both directions of Hwy 169 between Bren Rd and 7th St. (5th St, Lincoln Dr.) are closed as the Nine Mile Creek bridge is replaced
    • NB Detour: EB Hwy 62, NB Hwy 100, WB I-394 to Hwy 169
    • SB Detour: WB I-394, SB I-494 to Hwy 169
  • Both directions of Hwy 169 are a single lane from 5th St and Lincoln Dr to I-394 until Oct. 1
  • There are also several ramp closures

I-694 Little Canada to Arden Hills

  • EB I-694 is restricted to two lanes separated by a concrete median barrier between Hwy 10 and I-35E. The inside lane carries through traffic and must continue east on I-694. The outside lane allows local ramp access and must continue south on I-35E. This will last through November.
  • WB I-694 is reduced to two lanes through October
  • The ramp from EB Hwy 10 to EB I-694 and from EB I-694 to Victoria St. and from Victoria St. to EB I-694 are closed through late September
    • Hwy 10 to I-694 Detour: Snelling Ave. to Hwy 36; If you are on SB I-35W and want to reach eastbound I-694 you should stay on I-35W
  • The ramp from Rice St to WB I-694 is closed for the duration of project work
