Upcoming training events 2019

MN Safety Council’s “Coaching the Experienced Driver Plus” (Defensive Driving – Train the trainer) Training.

When: December 3rd, 2019 – A Full Day training from 8 am to 4:30 pm.  (Certificates will be provided only to those who stay till the end.)
Trainer/Instructor: Lisa Kons from MN Safety Council.
Where: MnDOT St. Cloud Training Center, Lewis Room North, 3725 12th St. N. St. Cloud, MN 56303.
Who needs to register: This is a train the trainer course; focused for TRAINERS.  NOT for Drivers.  (Mandatory for RTAP Trainers.)

Number of open spots: 40
Other details: Breakfast & Lunch will be provided for the training in the Burbank Room (Adjacent to the Lewis Room North).  5310s are eligible to apply for scholarships – please refer the scholarship procedure email.
Last Date to register: November 19th, 2019.

4 hour Driver Refresher Training.

When: November 2nd, 2019 – 8 am to noon.  (Certificates will be provided only to those who stay till noon.)
Trainer/Instructor: Joanne Brackey, RTAP Trainer.
Where: Brown County Heartland Express.  1900 N Franklin St, New Ulm, MN 56073.
Who needs to register: This is for experienced DRIVERS who are required to attend once every 3 years.

Number of open spots: 10
