As the result of consulting with the tribes on MnDOT's Casino Signing Policy guidelines and the issue of casino signage requests, procedures have collectively been agreed upon and endorsed by resolution at the Oct. 21, 2003, Minnesota Indian Affairs Council meeting held at the Upper Sioux Community.
The MIAC Resolution 102103_00 may be viewed along with MnDOT's information to assist tribes in their request for casino signing.
