Purchasers of the MN MUTCD will be automatically placed on the next year’s distribution
list to receive the next update/revision. After that, purchasers will
have to pay an annual fee to remain on the mailing list.
The Official Manual
The MN MUTCD contains standards for traffic control devices that regulate, warn and guide road users along all roadways within the State of Minnesota.
- The MN MUTCD 2012 electronic version is the official Minnesota publication.
- The Commissioner’s adoption date for the 2012 version is July 12, 2012.
- MN MUTCD updates/revisions are incorporated into the electronic text and posted. They normally occur between January and February every year.
- You can subscribe to email notification of updates.
Printing the manual
The MN MUTCD is set up for single-sided printing. It has more than 1,100 pages and was designed to be placed in a three-ring binder. If you are having trouble printing the MN MUTCD, you may need to adjust settings in the “File>Page Setup” menu in Adobe Acrobat. A high-grade ink-jet or laser printer is recommended for a quality hard copy.
