Final Right Of Way Map Standard Raster Version
The Final Right of Way Map - Standard Raster Version - is a graphic record of the highway right of way delineating current lands administered by Mn/DOT. These documents are raster images organized as map rolls of linen and mylar maps. Maps are available for most roads in the state highway system and are based on a combination of planimetric source maps and field surveys.
These maps graphically show right of way acquired, disposed of, and administered by Mn/DOT. This map is designed to facilitate Mn/DOT real estate transactions (land acquisitions and disposals). It exhibits the relationship of the right of way with physical features in the identified area. It is also used as a reference for obtaining the records containing information regarding the acquisition of the right of way.
