Osgood Ave north side intersection closure

  • The north side of the Osgood Ave. intersection is anticipated to close for six days between Hwy 36 and the N. Frontage Road at the end of April
  •  During the closure, northbound and southbound traffic will not have access to/from Hwy 36; however, eastbound and westbound traffic – on Hwy 36 and the N. Frontage Road – will flow normally.
  • Local resident and business access will be available at all times by following the posted detour using the N. Frontage Road, Greeley St. and Hwy 36 (see detour map PDF 2 MB).
  • This closure is required for crews to complete utility work and repave the intersection.

Osgood Ave lane shifts

  • Lane shifts are anticipated to be in place on Osgood Ave. north of Hwy 36 after the intersection closure in early May, weather permitting.
  • Motorists on Osgood Ave. will move to the west side of the road while crews work on utilities and road reconstruction on the east side.
  • Once work on the east side is complete, all traffic will be shifted to the newly constructed lanes on the east side; crews will then complete the west side.
  • Business access will be available at all times.
