State Aid Flood and Disaster Relief Information
Important Information
The MnLRIM (Minnesota Local Road Investment Mapping) tool maps existing State Aid Project data using the Microsoft Bing Map controller. This allows the user to move about using standard Bing Map navigational tools. The pin locations indicate approximate locations of State Aid projects.

Click on a pin marker to view a pop-up containing project information. Use Bing Map navigation tools: + to zoom in, - to zoom out, and click-drag mouse to move left, right, up, or down. To change projection mode click the drop down to switch to road, aerial or birds eye.
The text contained within the pop-up are:
- Project Type and project number
- Letting agency
- Road name
- Construction dates in mm/yyyy format- If followed by (EST) the dates are estimated.
- Pin location- If EST the location is the center point of the route, if ACTUAL it’s the center point of the project.
- Project type of work, approximately the first 125 characters.
These maps are dependent on information within MnDOTs State Aid Project Tracking system. It’s important that this data be maintained with as much accuracy as possible for the maps to be meaningful. We rely on District State Aid personnel and our city/county local partners to help us maintain this data.
