Important Information
The DCP Checklist outlines the roles and responsibilities of the Local Public Agency (LPA) and Mn/DOT in conducting the Delegated Contract Process. The checklist is in a 2 column format: the left column are tasks associated with the Local Public Agency, the right column are tasks for MN/DOT.
It contains hyperlinks which allow the user to access the forms and information from the process description. The user only needs to click on the linked text to access the forms. After clicking on a link to one of the forms you may return to the checklist by clicking on the back arrow in the upper left of the screen. It is our hope that this will provide easy access to the most current forms and information pertaining to the Delegated Contract Process.
