PROJECT DELIVERY

I. OVERVIEW

Some of the core services of State Aid are to provide guidance, assistance, and oversight to counties and cities for their projects. The services encompass project finance and project development and delivery. Functional services provided include: funding sources and financial management for projects; agency agreements, environmental, pre-design, final design, right of way, bridge, and construction. These services help ensure that projects are developed and built according to laws, rules, regulations, and current engineering and financial practices.
