Snack Vending Machine Refunds
Please call (800) 383-8155 or E-Mail the Minnesota State Services for the Blind to request refunds from snack and beverage vending machines. Please include the name of the facility and its location in your request.
Newspaper Vending
MnDOT is not responsible for newspaper vending services provided at rest areas. To request refunds from newspaper vending machines please contact the newspaper or the newspapers distributor directly.
