Registration Fees

Registration fee includes admission to conference presentations and forums, field trip/site visits, walking tour, three breakfasts, two lunches, morning and afternoon snacks, exhibitor showcase and social hour.

$150 - If payment postmarked on or before August, 25, 2006
$175 - If payment postmarked after August 25, 2006

If needed by those registering, Mn/DOT's vendor identification number is 200 361 023 00. The department's federal identification number is 41-6007162.

Registration Deadline

Mn/DOT will accept registrations received up until 5pm, September 26.

Payment and Invoicing

The department can not accept credit cards, so attendees must pay the registration fee by check or money order. Please make checks or money orders (U.S. currency drawn on a U.S. bank) payable to the "Commissioner of Transportation".

Mn/DOT will mail invoices provided that a proper mailing address is listed on the registration form. Attendees must make payment of the conference registration fee before admission to the conference.

Registration Form

Please complete the Registration Form and mail along with a check or money order as indicated on the form.

Exhibitors should complete an Exhibitors Registration Form. The Exhibitors Registration includes one complimentary conference registration. More info.

Registering at the Conference

Mn/DOT will offer registration and provide visitor and conference information at the Crown Plaza Hotel during the following times:

October 3, 2006 - Tuesday
5:00 pm - 9:00 pm
Conference Hospitality Suite (TENTATIVE LOCATION)

October 4, 2004 - Wednesday
7:00 am - 11:30 am
Reception Area near Meeting Room

Conference Cancellations

Mn/DOT will accept cancellations up to 5:00 p.m. September 19, 2006 and will refund the registration fee, less a $50 handling fee per registration. The department will not offer refunds after this time. The organization or individual canceling the registration must provide Mn/DOT with the mailing address for the refund check and provide contact information if Mn/DOT has questions regarding the refund. Individuals or organization canceling their conference registration take responsibility for canceling any hotel or travel reservations, including any penalties imposed.
