Reservation Instructions
To receive special conference rates, individuals must call the hotel directly
at 1-800-556-7827 and identify the event as the "2006 National Safety Rest
Area Conference."
Please confirm you room rate when you make your reservation and confirm this
rate upon your arrival at the hotel. The hotel must receive reservations on or
before September 2, 2006. The hotel will accept reservations for this event received
after this date on a space available and rate available basis. The hotel can not
extend the conference rate during or after the conference to individuals not identifying
their affiliation with the conference nor requesting the conference rate before
check-in.
Cancellation Directions
Cancellations must be received no later than 6:00 p.m. one day prior to arrival.
