MnDOT will hold in-person and web-based meetings with the public to share information about four main topics related to the upcoming draft plan:
- What we heard during Phase 1 outreach in fall 2012
- How MnDOT made decisions for MnSHIP
- The key messages in the upcoming draft
- How to comment on the plan in July

Public Comment Period -
MnDOT will release a draft plan at the end of June 2013. The official comment period will take place in July. The public is encouraged to review the draft plan during this time and submit any comments using any of the four methods:

- Attend the public hearing: to be scheduled in mid- to-late July in St. Paul, at multiple locations throughout the state or via web conference. Please check back in June for more information on how to participate.
Feedback received during the public comment period will be considered for the final plan, due in August 2013.
