Steering Committees
The Northern Minnesota and Northwest Wisconsin Freight Plan and the Western Minnesota (Red River) Freight Plan have their own respective steering committees. These Committees provide input, data, and guidance, receive regular written updates, and review and evaluate work products on a periodic basis. The Steering Committees are consist of representatives from the following areas:
- Mn/DOT staff at the Office of Freight and Commercial Vehicle Operations
- The Minnesota and Wisconsin DOT District offices
- Metropolitan Planning Organizations
- Regional Development Commissions
- Appropriate state agencies and authorities
- County engineers, and others.
