This document served as the launch pad for the Statewide Pedestrian System Plan. A collaborative effort between MnDOT and MDH, Minnesota Walks addressed the importance of walking, why it should be easier, the difficulties that some people face when walking, and how Minnesota is on track to improve the pedestrian environment. The document was released in April of 2015.
